Frequently asked questions
What counts as a scan?
One scan = one full headless-browser load of a URL — cookies are captured, consent signals detected, and a result is produced. Free plan limits reset daily; paid plan limits reset on your billing date.
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. Stripe generates a VAT-compliant invoice for every payment, available to download from your billing portal.
What is "founding pricing"?
Early subscribers lock in today's price permanently. If we raise prices later, your rate stays the same for as long as you remain subscribed.
What are HAR files?
A HAR (HTTP Archive) is a complete log of every network request the browser made during the scan — useful for in-depth audits and evidence packs.
